Spaces: 10’x10′ and will be assigned by the Market Management Committee

Full Market vendors will be given the same spot at each market. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents and tent weights. The farmers markets are held rain or shine outdoors, tents and sandbags/weights are required. No electricity on site.

Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, we will be in contact via email. Upon acceptance of your application, payment in full along with your certificate of insurance is required.

Insurance: Limited Liability Insurance is required to participate in the Church Street Farmers Market. A certificate of individual Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 is required to participate in Sweet River Farms Church Street Farmers Market.

Please have your insurance provider name Sweet River Farm 175 North Rd Deerfield NH 03037 along with Deerfield Bible Church 9 Church St Deerfield, NH 03037 as the certificate holders. Certificates can be mailed or emailed to:
